We have dealt with Frans on a number of occasions for sales and also purchasing of property. Each time it has been a pleasure and no hassles. Frans knows the market and is very helpful and informative. Our latest sale, given the uncertain times with COVID19, we were unable to have open inspections, however, Frans organised times for inspections and the property was sold on the first day of opening. Fans is energetic, friendly and outgoing. His nature is a pleasure dealing with. We would highly recommend Frans for future purchases or sales.

We were were thrilled with the way Frans handlesd the sale of our property. He helped us in so many ways and gave us ideas on the best way to present the home for sale. From the first meeting before we chose him as our selling agent, we were very impressed with his enthusiasm and friendly manner. He spoke to us with honesty and there was no sugar coating. He was certain we would have no problems selling our property. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable with the selling process. He certainly is very good at what he does but also has amazing people skills. We had an offer at the first open so on the market less than a week. Wow. To say we were impressed with Frans, that is an understatement. We would highly recommend Frans and would definitely seek him again if we need to sell or buy another property.
