As first time land buyers, there was a lot about the buying process we were not sure of. Nick went out of his way to answer our questions, provide us detailed information about the property and offer process, and consistently checked in and/or updated us on happenings. Nick was exceptionally patient while we obtained financing and went out of his way to find answers for us when we asked for land details that were beyond a realestate's normal scope. We are extremely grateful for the time, effort and trust Nick put into us as customers. His and his team's level of communication took away stress of the "unknown" and we appreciate that they were committed to finalising the sale with us. David sold our unit quickly - he was helpful, accomodating and very efficient. It was also good to find an agent who was fair to all parties as that has not always been our experience when buying and selling houses. We would definitely choose David as our agent again.
