Exceptional service

Mel is an exceptional rental agent. She is incredibly responsive and always attended to my requests—even on weekends. The property was quite unique since it was initially furnished, but I decided to remove all the furniture, which made the rental process take a bit longer than usual. From the very beginning until now, the agent (Melissa Groves) along with the staff at Harrison Agents Hobart, have consistently demonstrated a friendly, professional, respectful and patient manner in all interactions. I am truly pleased to have worked with this team and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Whenever I had questions or required clarification, I felt comfortable raising them, and I consistently received prompt, clear and efficient responses. The property we rented is among the best in the area and throughout the process of inspections, finalizing the agreement and handling related matters, the team provided valuable support and assistance. We arranged two separate inspections for the same property and on both occasions, the team attended punctually, maintained a welcoming attitude, and guided us thoroughly through the property.
