After my rental of nearly 10 yrs was sold to an investor, requesting vacant possession, I was issued a 42 day Notice to Vacate. Harrisons offered a property manager to assist me with finding a new rental home listed with them and within a week a new listing was exactly meeting my needs. There was a short wait until they had access to keys to arrange viewing, but encouraged an early application submission so they could get pre-approval from the new owner. This happened very quickly, I was pre-approved for the property pending a viewing 4 days later. The communication from this property manager, my current property manager and their manager was efficient and helpful. With 24 hrs of viewing I was sent a lease agreement. The care and support received helped immensely with the impending displacement and stress I was initially under.
