I have dealt mainly with Nikita and Lance who have been friendly, understanding and exceptionally quick in responding / replying to any queries or concern. The other members of the team have again been diligent and exceptionally friendly. Highly recommended.

Nikita kept in close contact through settlement and handover, and was quick to flag anything that needed attention. She pulled together quotes from several trades, got second quotes when I asked, and gave clear answers to every question so I could make decisions quickly. She also stepped in with the vendor and our solicitor to help resolve a few post-settlement items, which saved me a lot of back and forth. Lance and Nikita gave honest feedback on the market and pricing, with weekly reports throughout the campaign. We had a quality tenant signed within a few weeks. Communication has been prompt, friendly and professional throughout. I’d happily recommend Harrison Agents to any investor, especially if you’re managing a property from another state.

Nikita has been amazing to deal with during the leasing process. Right from the beginning when I made the initial enquiry about leasing my property, her professionalism and warm nature put me at ease immediately. Nikita's responsiveness to any communication has been fabulous and her attention to detail is impeccable. Nikita's knowledge of the current rental market made it so easy to achieve the rental asking price we were after. As this is this is the 1st time leasing my property, Nikita made sure everything was covered in detail and nothing was a bother to organise. I have felt very well informed during every step of the leasing process and I look forward to working with her team at Harrison Agents going forward 😊

My partner and I received such amazing help and advice while trying to find a rental property. Lance was continuously referring properties suited for us and would promptly let us know any additional information about submitted applications. He was patient, kind and supportive in helping us find the perfect home.. and we did! We felt so incredibly lucky to have gone through this process with them and receive such friendly, encouraging service. Leasing through Harrison Agents has been a dream and we are so excited to start our next chapter with one of their properties.

Nikita provided excellent support throughout the entire process, from sourcing the property and arranging the pre purchase inspection to guiding us through renovation work to improve its appeal. Her advice and guidance were invaluable, and thanks to her efforts, the property was leased within just one week of hitting the market. I truly appreciate her professionalism, communication and local knowledge, and would happily recommend Nikita to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated property professional.

I honestly can’t speak highly enough of Nikita Reeve. The property I purchased, as an investment, needed a significant amount of work, and I was only comfortable taking it on because I knew I would have Nikita’s experience and support to help me through the renovation. She was an absolute superstar from start to finish. She helped organise the builder, coordinated the works and even spent the day taking me around to choose tiles, flooring, kitchen finishes and everything else we needed. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The transformation has been incredible. The property has turned out beautifully, and we’ve been able to increase the rent substantially as a result. I’m genuinely so grateful for everything Nikita did. I would have no hesitation doing something like this again knowing she was there to help me through it.

Lance was great keeping us posted on this property and making time especially to view the property the same day we landed in Tassie. Our only disappointment was once we said yes we will take the property there was still a fair bit to happen before we could move in a week later. The property was indicated as available now at the time so we thought great lets move in. We have not rented for over 20 years to was not aware of the prep before renters could move in.
