Great Leasing Experience with Nikita and Lance
I’m very happy with the leasing service provided by Nikita and Lance. They were both very responsive, patient in answering all my questions, and went above and beyond to help get my property leased successfully. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their professionalism and support throughout the leasing process. The only suggestion I would have is regarding the handover once the property is leased and transferred to the Property Manager. It would be really helpful to have a formal introduction to the Property Manager, along with clear information about who to contact for different matters, including their phone number and email address. This would make the transition much smoother and avoid any confusion about who to contact after the property has been leased. Other than that, I’ve had a very positive experience with Nikita and Lance and really appreciate all their help!
