Outstanding property management experience with Nikita and team

Nikita, Georgia and the team have been fantastic in handling the tenancy for our property in Longford. From the very beginning, the rental appraisal was clear and realistic. Once we agreed on the expected range, they suggested advertising slightly above the appraisal since we had some time before settlement to test the market , a smart strategy that worked well. They organised open homes quickly, shortlisted tenants efficiently, and sent through multiple tenant profiles for me to review. All the options looked solid, and I was able to select the one that suited us best. They even arranged the viewing and had the lease agreement signed before settlement, which made the entire process incredibly smooth. Throughout the process, it only took two or three emails from my side to approve things or ask questions. Their systems and communication are seamless end-to-end, making the experience excellent for everyone involved. I work with multiple property managers across different states, so I can confidently say that this level of professionalism and efficiency is not always a given. Even if you’re a new investor, you’ll be in very safe hands with Nikita and the team. Amazing service and great value for money. Highly recommended.

Excellent care and customer service

After my rental of nearly 10 yrs was sold to an investor, requesting vacant possession, I was issued a 42 day Notice to Vacate. Harrisons offered a property manager to assist me with finding a new rental home listed with them and within a week a new listing was exactly meeting my needs. There was a short wait until they had access to keys to arrange viewing, but encouraged an early application submission so they could get pre-approval from the new owner. This happened very quickly, I was pre-approved for the property pending a viewing 4 days later. The communication from this property manager, my current property manager and their manager was efficient and helpful. With 24 hrs of viewing I was sent a lease agreement. The care and support received helped immensely with the impending displacement and stress I was initially under. Thank you to the Team at Harrisons Rental division for being so kind and helpful during a very upsetting and stressful time.
