Michael was very easy to work with, a good communicator and achieved a quick sale at a good price.

In our initial meeting Michael provided us with an accurate view of the market and in line with what our research had predicted. Communication through initial phase of set up for the sale was great. Being from Victoria we were not familiar with the different selling practices in Tasmania such as deposit amounts, early access to deposits and contract preparation. Michael was clear in getting us up to speed. He advised on some work that needed to be done and arranged for that to be completed. He had a couple of keen potential buyers within a week and work with them for a couple of days and only came back to us after he had managed to get a very good offers. He also provided sound advice and recommendations on each of the offers. We are very happy with the outcome and it was a pleasure working with him. We would highly recommend him.
