Not every real estate agent can see the potential in a unique property. Where some agents may have seen an older house with no modern updates. Michael saw a one of a kind property, he saw what we loved and he approached our sale with the type of excitement and care that we had been hoping for. From buying a house with him to selling ours within the month, it was a certainly a whirlwind. But we felt supported, informed and safe the entire time. He was only ever a phone call away and we never had to ask for information, he was always first to call. In fact I might even miss talking to him multiple times a day, because every phone call felt like talking to a friend! We cannot recommend Michael highly enough, he exceeded all our expectations and even changed our opinion on agents. When we’ve told people who our agent is, we’re consistently hearing the same golden opinion of him. He has a reputation in Launceston for being a top bloke, honest, reliable and down to earth.
