Jarrah's knowledge and expertise of the real estate market was what gave me the best possible outcome for the sale of my property. His friendly and approachable manner made him easy to deal with - I will be using Jarrah should I wish to sell another property.

My husband and I met with a few agents, trying to find the right one to sell our home. We both knew instantly that not only would Jarrah be the right person for the job, but the best person for the job. He was friendly, knowledgeable, honest and best of all there was no hard sell. Jarrah’s level of communication was excellent and he was always available when we needed to talk. We never felt rushed when speaking with him and there was no question he couldn’t answer. He also kept in contact via text message, which was very handy for quick updates. The other agents we had met with, didn’t believe we would get the listing price Jarrah recommended and thank goodness we didn’t listen to them, because thanks to Jarrah’s knowledge of the property market being second to none, we were able to achieve a figure above our listing price, this would have been a very different story if we had of chosen to list with someone else. We could not recommend Jarrah more highly. Thank you to you and your friendly, helpful team for making the sale of our house stress and hassle free.

Jesse made selling my investment property straightforward, with a great outcome at the conclusion of the sale process. Jesse had been in contact with me, and provided advice on where to tidy up the property prior to sale. This helped us achieve the maximum return. Would recommend.

Jarrah was so helpful throughout the whole process of selling our house. He remained positive the whole time and always kept us updated with every little thing that happened. Getting a message Christmas morning saying we had gone unconditional was the best present of all. We will definitely be using jarrah again in the future.

This is the second property we have sold with Jesse and we would not hestitate to have him sell another property of ours. Jesse is a very knowledgeable agent who always had our best interest at heart. He would go above and beyond being very responsive to calls and all questions we had. We were updated the whole way and it was very easy to work with him to achieve a great result. I highly recommend Jesse.

Jarrah had his work cut out for him on this one! A full renovation, council holdups, subdivision approvals, finance delays, covid challenges etc etc.....nearly a year in the making but we finally got there! Jarrah showed great patience throughout the whole process and helped lend a hand with contacts, guidance and advice. He was timely, professional & realistic throughout, he really provided great support and nothing ever seemed too challenging. Highly recommended & thanks again!

Jarrah was an excellent agent to deal with on all aspects of the sale. He communicated clearly and promptly when needed, gave us space and time to undertake the necessary inspections and provided good advice as required. He also acted as an efficient intermediary between us and the vendors, which we appreciated. Very positive experience!
