As a buyer, Jo made sure that I was well looked after as well as representing the interests of the vendor. My finance was pre-approved - however, Jo encouraged me to include a finance clause in the contract just in case something went wrong. It made no difference to the sale, but ensured that my interests were protected. Jo made time to meet me at a time which was probably less convenient to her than to me, and was pleasant, approachable and knowledgeable as well. It was a pleasure doing business with her!

Jo was lovely, she called me straight back on the Tuesday before I was to meet with her and made an appointment for that Friday. She was on time and friendly from the get go! Jo gave my partner, Warren, and I a thorough viewing of the house and asked us, quite a few times, if we had any questions. When we decided to put an offer in on the house she was very professional and assisted us straight away. She had all the relevant paperwork with her and explained each step to Warren and I which was great. We are from Melbourne and the Real Estate rules are a bit different in Tasmania than Victoria. Jo kept us constantly up to date when we were waiting for the Seller's answer and phoned us back straight away each time we texted her. She called to tell us we were successful with the purchase at 8:30 on a Friday evening which I thought was above and beyond her role and was very impressed. Jo met with Warren and I the next day to sign some more paperwork. She always gets back to myself or Warren as soon as we ask a question. Very impressed with her service.
