We have been trying to buy two properties, both listed with an agency on the North-West Coast of Tasmania, since we decided to sell our house 2 months ago. In the 10 days it took this other agency to respond to 1 of our offers (with zero communication from the agent), Jarrah had listed our property, provided daily updates, and sold our house with 2 offers in writing presented on a Saturday morning.
