If you want a down to earth approach to selling your home with realistic & honest advice then I would highly recommend Harrison Humphreys Real Estate, in particular Tom Harrison. Tom sold my house within 2 weeks of it going on the market because a) it was marketed well from the beginning and b) his negotiation skills were second to none.
