Considering the property had been on sale for a full year with another agency and I had endured the pestering for reducing the price of the property plus auction style negotiating. t Following the change the property sold in a short time with access to a larger Launceston real estate market than that of the country town. I was impressed with Jarrahs energy and passion. He was respectful that i didn't want to be contacted endlessly and the sale was conducted in a very professional manner.I have no hesitation in recommending him as an Agent, in fact we are ready to sell another property and will be contacting him again shortly for an appraisal.

The home owner was not an easy person to deal with as she changed her mind a lot and even though Jarah was acting in her interests he was always very helpful and went over and beyond to get the sale through in the end- including taking a commission cut!
