MY experience is something cannot be forgotten for a long time to come. An acceptable offer came on the 8th home open. We find Eric Hartanto very knowledgeble in what he does. In the first meeting he gave us a run down of WA real estate performance as a whole and narrowed down to our surrounding suburbs and streets around our property. He let us name our price and concluded with his opinions. Dispite our somewhat high asking price he was prepared to give it a try. But, not without having warned us of its downside.
