Excellent market knowledge, professionalism, communication, keeping us well informed throughout.
We were extremely happy and satisfied with the professional way Eric Hartanto handled the sale of our home. He listened to our requests and gave us excellent advice. His efficient service provided us with a very successful sale, and settlement within a short period. We were very satisfied with the way photographs, video and signage were presented and how Eric confirmed everything with us before releasing the advertising. We found Eric to be a straight forward, trustworthy, friendly and honest gentleman, with a very professional and pleasant personality. Eric is aware of full market knowledge around the Murdoch,Winthrop & Kardinya -WA area.
MY experience is something cannot be forgotten for a long time to come. My property was listed with ONE realty (Winthrop) since Dec 2022 till 31/3/2022 & only had one cash offer presented in Feb 2023 with $80,000 less than the advertised & suggested price by the Agent concern. Was not happy with the outcome, waited for selling agreement to expire. Got in Touch with ERIC & listed it with him as of 1-04-23, and within 6 weeks was able to bring in an offer to my expectation & much above the cash offer presented by the previous agent.

Confident and professional advice.
Eric is a professional. The online presentation of our home was excellent. He cheerily goes about the job of selling your home and is always optimistic and confident. When you need some advice, he provides it. Otherwise, he just gets on with the job of finding that buyer.

Professional and Reliable
Overall Eric was very professional, straight forward and knowledgeable of the area. To me being on time is very important which lot of agents don't think that is important, and he was and always got back to you when you called. His team was also very professional and courteous.

EXCELLENT RESULT

Expert Service
Eric and his team at Harcourts provided a punctual and efficient expert service. Eric, in particular, is very knowledgeable of the property market in our area and valued our property accurately. We did have a minor issue with the marketing campaign; however, it did not affect what turned out to be a quick sale.

Pleasant and trouble free!
An acceptable offer came on the 8th home open. We find Eric Hartanto very knowledgeble in what he does. In the first meeting he gave us a run down of WA real estate performance as a whole and narrowed down to our surrounding suburbs and streets around our property. He let us name our price and concluded with his opinions. Dispite our somewhat high asking price he was prepared to give it a try. But, not without having warned us of its downside. We never felt pressured or coerced into having to adjust our price for faster sale. We ll recommend Eric and his professional team to anyone anytime.
