We purchased a house Eric was representing and it was not a fun experience. The issues started after the final inspection and it was probably not helped by the fact that the seller didn't live local. It took far too long to get some of the issues sorted. The final straw was the day we went to collect the keys and our settlement agent told us the seller's settlement agent had made the preparations to accept the funds. You can imagine the frustration and angst this caused us. Given the seller lived remotely, I am making the assumption that Eric's team arranged or at the very least referred the seller's settlement agent. After the paperwork for the sale, we dealt with Rio, not Eric. Rio was very good and I'm not blaming him or Eric's team specifically, but the experience wasn't good.

Eric and his team did an outstanding job selling our house. There is very little sales evidence for Lathlain at this level so Eric's research and analysis was even more comprehensive. The information and strategy he presented to us was thoughtful and realistic, which we appreciated. Eric also understood and respected our needs and objectives for the sale, not once did he over promise and he was always clear with what was possible at any point in time. Also Eric has a great process and system with a back-up team so there was always someone you could talk with. We really appreciate the outstanding work done by Eric and his team.
