Caring and Professional
Eric responded to my call promptly and very professionally, demonstrating a comprehensive knowledge of sales and pricing in the Winthrop area. His team also demonstrated excellent listening skills whilst providing the valuable back up to ensure that all of our needs were addressed while we prepared our home for sale. We were able to travel away on holiday and feel relaxed whilst Eric looked after our home and his client inspections. Eric's attention to detail combined with working professionally with his team provided us with peace of mind allowing our home to sell very quickly for our full asking price. Clear, simple, humble, good listener and straight to the point
After nearly 18 months in the market looking for the "perfect" family house and coming across many real estate agents; some extremely polite, but uninformed about house features and basic information i.e. land size, building size, fees, etc. Some simply distracted with their mobiles (very frequent these days) and not willing to interact with potential buyers, I came across Eric that was more interested in listening what I wanted, interested in my story rather than simply trying to sell whatever was available in the market...based on his knowledge, Eric suggested what it ended up being our dream house and we will always be grateful for such a nice experience...the negotiation process was managed with great professionalism and in the end sellers and buyers were perfectly happy. Amazing Service

Amazing results, yet again!
