The entire Team of Hartley Real Estate are simply the best. They researched everything about our property prior to it going on the market, from not just recent sales within the district, but the entire topography of the property, this included the type of trees, the type of native wildlife, the local schools, bus routes, nearby smaller hamlets where you could simply just get a great coffee or milk and fresh bread on a Sunday morning. Kristie was enthusiastic and positive about our property and gave us a realistic estimate of the selling price, which was much higher than two other local real estate agents had given us. There was no pressure from Kristie to accept a lower price and so Kristie was able to achieve a selling price much higher than other agents had tried to convince us to expect. We were very happy with what she was able to achieve for us. Even during this period of Covid restrictions we were able eventually to achieve a satisfactory selling price. Kristie is very easy to work with and we found we could trust her recommendations and advice. We would be pleased to recommend her to any one wanting to sell a property.
