Bianca is equally at home working behind the scenes and assisting her colleagues with their day-to-day tasks as she is with ensuring the smooth running of the office and developing new skills. She works closely alongside Peta and Ciara protecting the backbone of the company, the rent roll. Bianca has an enthusiastic personality, friendly demeanour and an understanding of the industry that far exceeds what most clients expect. Bianca has a special ability to make clients feel at ease and looked after, knowing that their interests are in the hands of an exceptionally well-trained and close-knit team. Bianca brings a different approach to the family business with her soft and caring nature and highly approachable nature. Getting to know the locals who pass through the Harvie Group office is one of Bianca’s greatest sources of job satisfaction. About Ciara

Growing up in a family where real estate was a significant part of everyday life, Ciara Harvie had an early introduction into the world of property. Starting with assisting the support team on weekends, Ciara soon found she had a natural adeptness for the job and her passion for the family business quickly blossomed. Ciara enjoys the constantly on-the-go nature of real estate, and with her amicable and approachable manner, she is appreciative of the countless opportunities to interact with and assist people from all walks of life. Growing up in the Harvie’s home base in the Upper North Shore, Ciara is a Northern Beaches graduate of Pymble Ladies College. A diligent and passionate staff member, Ciara enjoys being able to work in the local area while discovering more of Sydney each day through her career. Ciara is mentored by her father, yet she is determined to carve out her own name in the industry.

Consummate professionals

Their attention to detail is superb, and they respond extremely quickly when not already a step ahead. I’d rate them more highly than any previous agency I’ve worked with, though the contrast between Harvie and our previous agent is staggering.

Professional, efficient and Personable

Ciara showed us a prospective property on a Wednesday evening and had the lease finalised by midday Thursday. She was able to secure a better fortnightly rate completely unprompted and organised for the finishing touches of the (new) apartment to be installed. Ciara and the Harvie team are professional, efficient, personable and willing to go the extra mile for their clients. Highly recommended, 6 stars if I could.

Swift and responsible

We were associated with Harvie from 2018 till last month and our SPOC was Bianca.From quick responses to our emails, to fixing minor issues we had with appliaces without any delay,proactive reduction of rent during Covid (although contractually we were obligated to pay a higher amount and we never requested too),we had a comfortable experience throughout these 3.5 or so years we were renting through them.Bianca especially has been great! Hope to avail Harvie services in the future to perhaps buy a house someday.....
