It has been a smooth and pleasant experience from the initial property inspection, through the lease signing, to getting repairs done. Viviana, Tania, and Jessica have been quick to respond to all questions and to resolve small issues as they have arisen. They treat their tenants with respect and assure owners that their property is well maintained. I am delighted to be working with them.

I've been blown away by how great Nu Management has been to us. In more than one case, they've gone above and beyond what I would reasonably expect from an agency. For example, we locked ourselves out of our apartment late one night a few weeks after moving in. We were prepared to call a locksmith and spend over $200 to get inside. But after texting Grant to let him know the situation, he was able to get us a spare key 30 minutes later. I couldn't believe it. It was 9pm on a Tuesday! That's only one example, but it illustrates the level of professionalism and personal touch you can expect from Nu Management. Grant, Euan, Dana and the rest of the group are first class. I can't recommend this agency enough!

She is honest and upfront about sale and rental prices so you know what you can realistically get whilst feeling like you’ve got a great outcome.
