We initially chose Lucas based on the fact that he had sold other properties in the same street and felt that he probably had good local knowledge. On first meeting Lucas we were impressed by his easy-going manner and the fact that we never felt "pushed" into choosing him. Throughout the process we appreciated that Lucas communicated regularly and kept us abreast of developments in the sale. His advice on how to best present the house for sale was appreciated. In the end, the sale price we accepted was a little less than Lucas' prediction, but it was close to our initial expectations. Lucas' relaxed manner made the whole experience less stressful, and the other staff members at Harwood were also very professional. We've dealt with a number of real estate agents in the past, and Lucas is the first one we've actually liked.
