I engaged Lucas right at the time the market started to drop and it was hard going getting my place sold, but Lucas (and his team) remained optimistic, positive, and worked very hard to get a buyer. I was impressed at how committed Lucas and his team were to figure out different things to do that would get the property noticed. I like Lucas's use of technology and social media, and he is an excellent communicator. You can always get your questions answered and as a vendor you are constantly kept in the loop with progress.
