Lucas listened to my views and requests as to presentation and sale of my unit while simultaneously, tactfully, offering me the benefit of his experience. Without seeking an appraisal from any other agent, I comfortably gave Lucas the job of selling my home. Immediately, Lucas and his well trained team got into business. All members of his team were friendly, efficient and helpful. Any questions I had were promptly responded to - and, if you had trouble completing information online, you were graciously helped. Of the staff, I had most exposure to Samantha and am very grateful for her reassurance and quick action along the journey. Once my unit was on the market, Lucas had a buyer immediately, at an attractive price he had advised. He would have been as reassuring to the buyer as he was to me, the seller, that both parties were making a wise decision. I have no hesitation in recommending Lucas and his team.
