Charles is a fantastic agent! His outstanding service and support began a year before we finally put our house on the market. Charles gave us honest, research-driven price expectations. He tailored his marketing campaign to suit the target market for our house, rather than using a 'one size fits all' approach, and he kept costs to a minimum. Charles went above and beyond in his support of us during our preparations for sale, often popping into our house with much-needed take-away coffees (and extra coffee vouchers!). He helped us find quality tradesman who had immediate availability, which is not an easy thing to find at the moment! In the end though, Charles' incredible skills as a negotiator were evident in the sale price that he achieved for us, which was way above all our expectations. In my dealings with Charles he was very professional, courteous, and always quick to return correspondence and phone queries. He is very knowledgeable of the local area, and what buyers are looking for. Charles did further research into our property, and at no point made unrealistic promises to us or potential buyers. On auction day Charles had registered a wide variety of bidders, and this, with the help of a good auctioneer, achieved a favourable result. I would have no hesitation in recommending Charles.
