The other four agents price estimate were all similar, however Hannah price estimate was significantly higher. Her confidence was based upon her extensive network and knowledge of the area. Hannah delivered on the price, without any reduction and also delivered on every commitment that she made to me. During TC Alfred I was interstate, Hannah and her team attended my house and moved all the outdoor furniture inside, pumped out the pool water to prevent overflowing and did a post storm inspection for me !
