It was refreshing and reassuring to have Cassandra takeover the management of our property after receiving substandard service from our two previous local property managers. Prompt, professional and she worked hard to negotiate an agreement when the tenants broke their lease. Cassandra and her team were prompt and pro-active to find us new tenants.

We have been renting out our unit in Brisbane through Havig and Jackson for ten years now and have found them to be professional in every way and the staff have always been pleasant and very helpful. If we have a query it is responded to and sorted immediately and we are kept up to date with everything that is going on. The transition between old and new tenancies is also seamless and statements are sent out on the dot at the end of each month.
