Cassie has worked in the real estate industry for many years and she operates very efficiently and clearly, which provides an effective workflow process involving her team. Therefore, everyone is on the same page and aware of what is happening, throughout the selling campaign. We needed to work with someone who worked for us, because we are paying the selling fee and not the buyer, hence the attraction of working with Cassie is that genuinely cared and supported us, but most importantly she has strong negotiation skills.
