Tyson and his team ran the whole campaign flawlessly. The whole team handled the marketing process and then the sale very professionally from beginning to end. We trusted Tyson completely. His communication skills are excellent - clear and concise. We felt he was very thorough with his research and very honest to deal with.
We got in touch with Shenal and her team after we saw that she was selling so many apartments just like ours in our neighbourhood. From the moment we contacted her, she was friendly, warm and easy to talk to. She spoke in real words that made the process easy to understand, which made us feel comfort and confident that she was the right person to sell our apartment. She even offered us some advice on purchasing our next home, giving us the confidence to attend an auction for the first time. Shenal met with us at a time that suited our busy work schedules, and it was clear from our conversation that she has excellent market knowledge. She was able to reassure us on different steps of the process that helped us to sell more confidently and a lot faster than we were expecting. She used her great client data base to host an open home before our apartment went onto the market which ultimately led us to selling it for a price that we were extremely happy with in a time frame that exceeded our expectations.
