Karen assisted us with our purchase of our new property in Ocean Grove. It was a huge decision for us doing the big downsize .She was polite,knowledgeable and professional and the property was very well presented. She was able to negotiate the sale with the vendor and I'm sure the vendors were happy and we were pretty happy too....(of course we would have liked to pay less - but hey its a seller's market down here).

After meeting with two other local agents, myself and my sisters chose Karen Purcell to represent our mother’s home in Leopold in mid-December 2021. We could tell Hayden Real Estate-Leopold, put a lot of work into their listings. Initially, we met with Karen at our mother’s home. She spent time answering all our questions, providing data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing information on comparable properties in the area. Her local knowledge was invaluable. Karen Purcell made the selling process incredibly easy, she responded promptly to all our phone calls and nothing was a bother. She set out a timeline for getting the property ready for sale; cleaning, staging, photographs, and open for inspection times. When we saw the listing, we were amazed, the property looked fantastic. Two day after listing, and ten days before Christmas, the first open for inspection was held and we had an offer that very day. The second offer secured the property. Karen was very helpful throughout the entire purchase process, showed us a couple of alternate properties that she thought might be of interest & was quick with responses to any calls/emails/questions we had.
