We could not speak highly enough of the service we were provided by Karen. Her knowledge about the property was great and her service was second to none even when we needed her outside of business hours. We could not be happier with the way she handled everything. Great service and very professional.

We have been speaking with Karen for the last 2 years in regards to our 2 investment properties, having her value them for taxation purposes, etc, and eventually the recent sale of one of our properties. The property sold quickly and the sale was stress free because of her ability to communicate clearly and offer solutions for a sale in difficult times (COVID19) The sale was above our expectations and when the time comes to selling our other property Karen will be contracted to sell it too.

Karen from Hayden Real Estate in Leopold made our house-selling experience so speedy and smooth. My husband and I had not previously sold a house before, so we were very appreciative to have Karen’s input and opinion at every stage. She reinforced my suggestion to stage our property with hire furniture and our desired price range. We feel very fortunate to have had Karen’s experience and dedication to sell our property, especially during this tough time of the COVID-19 pandemic. It’s thanks to her that we sold our property within 9 weeks of listing.

Karen surveyed the property, identified it's uniqueness and the likely market. She provided us with helpful advise and got us ready for market. During the Covid 19 period she handled inspections and found a purchaser. She handled the final negotiations to our total satisfaction.

Karen has been outstanding during a tough time to sell houses with covid-19. Professional, always available for updates, open houses and always making us feel very important and valid.

Karen is extremely personable but unfortunately the communication regarding the sellers position and contract push was confusing and not accurate e.g. seller ready to move could bring settlement forward, but not actually true. Overall experience was ok, normal agent dealing and pushes just need to be aware of gamesmanship.

Karen is very personable and easy to communicate with. Karen's knowledge of the Bellarine Peninsula was extensive, especially the Leopold area. Karen always promptly returned calls, even out of business hours which I was not expecting. As a family we couldn't have asked anything more from Karen as she was on top of everything. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Karen to anyone selling their home.

My first contact with Karen was during a phone conversation to view a property. Karen was very flexible with her time and happy to answer any queries. Karen was professional and flexible with her time and has very good knowledge of the local property market. I would recommend Karen without any hesitations.
