We had looked at houses with Karen so we knew the amount of time and knowledge she would give buyers which meant when it came time for us to sell, we always knew she would be right for us. Where other estate agents were pushy and rude, Karen is always respectful. She truly listens to the seller and buyer needs and for this reason she was able to sell our house even in a down area for our suburb. She also gave us the time and calm we needed when we were stressed. We are very appreciative to Karen for everything.

Karens advice that we should just see what interest there would be without advertising was sound. Only three inspections and I received an offer I could accept. The help I received from the office in completing the Section 32 was also really appreciated. Overall it was a very positive experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Karen to any others looking for a real estate agent.

We met Karen at a neighbours auction and were very impressed with her style and expertise.We contacted her to come and quote.She quoted a good price and although we weren't intending to sell for about 8 weeks she had a buyer in a few days.We were blown away, avoiding many opens and an auction.We can't recommend her highly enough. 5 stars +. Karen was fantastic from the get go! She was so friendly, helpful and efficient. Karen was always fast to respond to me, answered my many questions and helped move things along quickly which was excellent because I'm quite impatient.
