We gave Penny a very difficult job with our sale, and even though we were at an entry level price, her perseverance and dedication showed that she was driven to work for us, and the commission was a bonus. Lynley was great to deal with, very accommodating with any requests we had and I felt nothing was too much trouble for her. Promptly answered any questions we had, always replied quickly to emails an d messages and communication was always clear. We had delays with getting finance approved and Lynley was very understanding about the situation and we never felt pressured by her, calmly liaising with the vendor and myself throughout..
