I could not speak highly enough about this agent. She and her children helped the client to get the best price by volunteering their time to paint the inside of the house. I do not know of any one who has had such an agent. The work done by many people to prepare this house raised its value by approximately $75,000. The neighbours were impressed and came out to congratulate those involved. Within three days on the open market it was sold. I hope the new owners will feel the care that was put into this home and will have a happy life by the sea.
