Friendly and very personable
We bought our house through Lynley in Ocean Grove just recently and she made the whole experience very easy and stress free. She had great knowledge of the area and was very open with any information we were seeking about the property, vendors and community. Always attentive and has great communication, following up with us regularly through the process. We would definitely recommend her as a ln agent.

Brilliant agent
We are extremely happy with the service from Hugh. Always open to calls & discussions with an excellent knowledge of the local market and real estate in general. When a buyer was found (in a very tough market) he was fantastic to deal with in the lengthy negotiations. Highly recommended.

Doing the "hard yards"
We are currently operating in a tough market, with a number of factors to depress buyer confidence. Hugh McKewan stuck with us the whole way, he persevered with his marketing efforts and open for inspection days even when the market was not responding. He shared our desire to think outside the square to get the best possible sale result and work with us, rather than the attitude of the easiest way forward. We felt confident that we could have open and frank discussions with him as we felt that he had our best interests at heart. It's easy to be "a star" when things are going your way, but we liked the manner in which Hugh did the hard yards when the going got tough.

Awesome help in finding and securing a house
We wanted a property in Ocean Grove, VIC. We came across many on the market and were spending a lot of time squeezing out the better properties and values that fit our profile. Too much time. Penny worked out what we were after and only suggested recommendations that our quality requirements.
