We recently worked with Tiffany to purchase a home in East Geelong. The overall experience was ok goodl. She was was professional and responsive to our inquiries, and she helped guide us through the process efficiently. She provided us with the necessary information and was always available when we had questions. That said, we felt the service was naturally bias to the owner and their best interest could have been a bit more personalized and proactive. There were moments when we expected a bit more consideration but understand she was acting in the owners best interest. In the end, we’re happy with the home we purchased and understand what it is like working with a real estate agent.
