Mathew was estate agent we purchased our owner occupier property off. We then engaged Mathew's services to sell our rental We found him to be open and honest in regards to the expected price range we decided to list the property at. We had "difficult" tenants that made the process selling the property tedious at times, but Mathew alleviated this by his professionalism and advice throughout the entire process. He was available at all times, often after hours offering advice and support We would definitely use his services again if needed.

Yan has been very professional, has a wealth of knowledge and is authentic. She is very honest and genuinely caring about both parties unlike majority of other agents I have come across. Yan has been an absolute pleasure to deal with on both occasions - she is very sweet, highly efficient and has an outstanding work ethic (I think she must work 24/7!)
