I first met Yan about 2 years ago when I asked for a valuation of my home. Circumstances prevented me from selling at the stage, but Yan kept in touch and never pressured me. Two years down the track when I was finally ready to sell me home, which I built 33 years ago, Yan was very encouraging and helpful.
