I have nothing but positive things to say about Yan. Since meeting her at an open home inspection which eventually went to another buyer, she was thoughtful to check in with me about my needs and situation. Yan kept me up-to-date on any properties that suited my criteria and when the right one came in, she was on the ball from start to finish. Buying a property is no small or simple purchase, and with tight contractual windows, is often a very stressful process.
