Our first impression of Yan on get first visit to our home to give an appraisal was that Yan was very professional and extremely proficient in her knowledge and experience. Yan is also dressed like a professional business woman, also with a name tag and brief case, and had any relevant information with her to show us as a new vendor. We were always kept up to date with what was going to happen and when. Yan always sent through a text prior to coming to our home, whether it was an open house inspection, photographer coming, photos or the building inspector. Yan also gave us the highest appraisal value, out of the three agents we had view our home. Which we didn’t know for sure if it was something that was achievable realistically. When we questioned Yan, she said she was very comfortable with the figure . And yes we got the price she quoted, plus and extra $5,000.00 over that amount. So yes we are very happy with Yan and Jenny’s service. We also loved Jenny as well. She is an asset to your business. She was always happy with a smile on her face, and we felt extremely comfortable with Jenny. So if Yan couldn’t be there, if unwell, Jenny was able to fill in, and as the vendor, we always felt we were in good hands. I couldn't remember how many times Yan Lin was calling me regarding my house contract and sale plan on Sunday night when no one could expect anyone was working. It makes me feel strange that somebody does work harder than myself, who is also a workaholic from my colleagues' perspective.
