Yan (pronounced Yen, like currency) was introduced by a cousin, who's son had benefited by Yen's expertise. You take some things with a grain of salt, but after the interview, I signed a contract, and then was swept up with the various professionals that Yen uses to give you a very polished representation of the property you wish to sell. The drone operator, turned up Sunday, because the next couple of days were forecasted overcast, but Sunday was perfect. The movie guy, and blurb writer arrived, on time and did their magic, knowing from experience what Yen expected. The stills guy, arrived and spent time and effort, to get the best shots possible. The Saturday and Sunday for the Open Days, I was nervous, and Yen encouraged me to be optimistic. By the end of the second day I had an offer. Yes, the follow through after the sale was just as good, and I believe both the new buyer and I are both extremely happy with the outcome.
