Rachael is outstanding

Michelle has lived & worked in the area, her team kept me informed, working toward the best result.
From day one michelle set out a plan to manage the sale & auction of my property. Michelle with her team from hayswinkle put in place advertising, open & viewing times to get maximum exposure to potential buyers & minimal disruption to me. Michelle's team at kept me up to date with all interested buyers & potential bidders, keeping me informed & my concerns attended to. Potential buyers & bidders questions were answered, even organising private viewings & building inspections for them. Michelle with her team were constanly planing working toward the auction day to get the best possible outcome. On auction day she brought with he her a team of agents from hayswinkle to help manage the process & talk with potential buyers. During the bid calling michelle controlled the flow from the hopeful bidders, when the bidding slowed she talked up the propertys attributes & got it moving again, even working in the rain achieving an outstanding result.

Racheal knew how we would market, Listened to & answered all questions & concerns in a timely manor.
Rachael's abillity to bring in potential buyers to view the property was amazing. i thought there would be a limit to how many people would be that interested & come. Racheal kept a flow of potential buyers comming through the door for a period of weeks right up to the sale. Her work behind the scenes after the inspections was tireless checking in with new & existing interested buyers. Everytime interest was shown enquires made i was informed. All questions or further information were promtly answered the big ones a phone call smaller ones a text. Everything leading up to the auction day & sale of my property was fluent & methodical with the least interruption & stress to me as practical. Would recommend Rachael & her team to anyone.

Hayeswinckle gets it done!
Their experience, communication and follow ups was exactly what I could only hope for. After engaging another agent for 90 days, not one person was bought, no communication and that cost $6,000.
