•Where do I start on my review of Nyree. From the moment we stepped foot in the house at the initial inspection, we were greeted with arrogance and indifference. As if we were bothering her by existing and enquiring on the house. I dreaded the whole process from beginning to end and having to communicate with her. She is not understanding, not accommodating and does not have even the most basic of skills required for a "customer service" or "sales" role. They say that people buy from people they like, I'm definitely NEVER putting another commission check in the pockets of Nyree. If it was up to me, i'd make sure she didn't get this one either. Perfect example of Nyree's customer service: the settlement of the property is due to happen on a Friday and we wanted to pick up the keys on the Saturday. Nyree advised they can only be picked up Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. No problem, we'll be there 5pm (we work, so that means we have to take leave to go, so we wanted to avoid that if possible). Nyree's response to this was to tell us to make sure we're not late, "as the receptionist leaves at 5pm and no one will be there after that". Keep in mind we need to travel over 70km's to go pick up the keys and she knows this. I've bought other properties in the past and have never EVER come across anybody that is as useless, unaccommodating, rude and full of themselves as Nyree. She has added no value to the purchase of the property nor has she made the experience an easy or pleasant one. If you're looking at buying a property from her, prepare yourself!
