Fhil Vella
Fhil Vella made a great impression from the start. He was extremely prompt in his response to my inquiry and was able to answer the many questions that I had. Being our first investment property, Fhil made us feel comfortable and at ease. Knowing that he is the direct contact for both us and our tenants is a great feeling. Professional, prompt, friendly service
We found all the staff of Hayeswinckle Lara office very helpful, friendly and Professional. This made our job so much easier knowing they had our back and we could get on with our job. Fhil was amazing and took control of everything required. Excellent good old fashioned customer service. Not only have they our best interest at heart they also look after the tenants. Would not go anywhere else!
I have many investment properties, Fhil and the team at Hayeswinckle have gone above and beyond to manage my investment property in Highton. I am kept well informed, rent is paid on time and tenants seem happy which all comes down to the management. Thank you for doing an amazing job.

Friendly and professional
We cannot rate Fhil at Hayeswinkle Lara high enough! Fhil makes the effort to get to know his clients on an individual basis from the very start. Therefore any time we need to make contact with Fhil, he is very easy to approach and makes us feel if there were ever any issues we could approach him and discuss easily.
