Meet Annette Clarke, our Business Development Manager at Hayman Partners, who brings a unique perspective to the real estate industry. With a background in fashion design and hospitality, Annette has a natural flair for creativity and customer service. However, her passion for real estate eventually drew her to Hayman Partners, where she started as a leasing consultant in 2021. Annette's dedication and hard work paid off as she was soon promoted to Hayman Partners’ Business Development Manager. Her natural creativity and people skills have made her a valuable asset to the Hayman Partners team. Born and raised in Kikoira, a small town in the middle of New South Wales, Annette has always had a passion for exploring new opportunities and meeting new people. Annette loves working in the dynamic and fast-paced real estate industry because no two days are the same and she loves having the opportunity to meet new people and build relationships. “I am excited about my new role as a BDM and looking forward to learning and thriving in my position.” In Annette’s spare time, she enjoys trying new restaurants, spending time with her family and friends, or working on her other small businesses.

She enjoys connecting people with homes that suit their needs and takes pride in making the process as smooth and straightforward as possible. Before joining Hayman Partners, Jess worked as a lifeguard and in customer focused roles within the health industry. These experiences strengthened her communication skills, attention to detail and ability to remain composed in busy and often demanding situations. Her background has given her a practical and solutions focused approach that allows her to navigate challenges with confidence while delivering a consistently high standard of service. Jess brings energy, reliability, and a strong sense of accountability to everything she does. Before joining Hayman Partners, Tehmi spent five years working in retirement village sales, where she developed strong communication skills and built lasting relationships with clients. Her time in the retirement industry strengthened her ability to understand individual needs, provide thoughtful support, and create positive experiences during important life transitions. Drawn to Hayman Partners by the opportunity to explore a new avenue within real estate, Tehmi continues to grow her career while bringing enthusiasm, empathy, and a deeply ingrained care factor to everything she does. Couldn't have been easier

I recently had the pleasure of working with Tom, Annette and Ben to lease my property, and I can confidently say it was the easiest and most stress-free experience. From the very first point of contact with Annette, the team was professional, communicative, and highly efficient. Everything from listing the property to finding suitable tenants and signing the lease was handled with such clarity and speed that I almost couldn’t believe how quickly it all came together. The team clearly knows the local market very well and provided honest, well-informed advice on pricing and presentation, which helped secure interest immediately. What could easily have taken weeks was completed within days. I really feel that my property is in safe hands, and the team is consistently friendly, courteous, and solution focused. Accurate and professional

Annette Clarke from Hayman Partners is professional and has a detailed, thorough knowledge of the current property market. She enabled us to have our property on the market and rented shortly after transfer. Annette accurately identified the appropriate rental appraisal and we received a number of applications following the first inspection. They Act like Owners and provide Great Service

Despite some intitial issues from the builder and the strata, Haymen Partners' team was able to overcome all the roadblocks and my apartment has been rented out within 1.5 months after the settlement date.
