She was always polite, friendly and kind, which made the inspection process smooth and comfortable. The housing manager who completed my tenancy sign-up was equally impressive. The customer service was outstanding from the initial property viewing right through to signing the tenancy agreement. The VC property is proactive at finding new tenants, flexible, fast and reliable at problems resolution, easy to communicate with. The website is easy to navigate, notices of bills to pay and rent coming in, as well as monthly and yearly reports come on time and are correct. The VC property technical and financial specialists are easy to approach and very responsive to landlords’ needs.
