Disappointing relationship management

While we got the result we were looking for, unfortunately Anthony didn’t live up to expectations. He didn’t disclose that he would be absent for critical periods during the sale before we contracted. Then negotiated the sale on behalf of buyers who he was going to represent in their sale - so we felt there was a conflict of interest at play. Finally no flowers, phone call or champagne to celebrate the sale, just an impersonal WhatsApp message. Disappointing.
