Seller of house in Calwell

Brett was very helpful in working with us to sell the house. All staff responded quickly to queries, and communication throughout was good. My only comment would be that at the initial meeting I felt that the other houses presented as comparison were not necessarily a good match - and that the price initially suggested was unrealistically high. I did query this at the time (ie. homes didn't really compare 'apples with apples'). This was born out in the comments from early prospective buyers.
