After speaking to a number of local realestate agents to list my mother's unit we decided to entrust Tamara's sale knowledge. Tamara suggested the unit was worth much more than any other real estate agents. I was a little worried about this as I knew my mother would expect to get the amount she had suggested. Tamara was patient with my elderly mother and managed to get obove the price she had suggested and within the small time frame we had.
