To be honest I was unsure at first about choosing HBA to sell my property, as Mark had only just recently joined the local team. But to my surprise out of all the local real estate agents, Mark and HBA was the only real estate agent who picked up on the quality of the build and extra details my property offered when preparing their appraisal. Instead of just bringing to my attention the age and what would require updating in my home, along with the usual this is what a similar property recently sold for. This extra knowledge and experience puts $$ in my pocket instead of the agent just getting another sale. Mark worked to engage buyers with the features of my home, especially in these challenging times when QLD borders were closed. Mark was very professional and kept me updated weekly.
