My strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities allow me to effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of care. I strive to create positive experiences for all clients and tenants, building long-lasting relationships. Outside of work, I enjoy nurturing my garden, spending time with my border collies, and being active in my church community. Whether it's managing properties or building relationships, I am committed to delivering excellence every step of the way.

a safe and trusted pair of hands

We bought and now lease through heart and sold. The purchase process was transparent, smooth and easy. From that experience, they are now our leasing agent. Communication is are great, asks are reasonable, everything works as it should. What i particularly like, when they need to engage trades for repairs and maintenance, they have a great network of trades that can get the repair done quickly and always at a competitive price. We have other rentals in a different state that I couldn't say the same for. When it works it works!

Madi, Simon and Sandy at Heart and Sold have gone above and beyond in caring and managing our rental property. From maintaining personally or promptly arranging trades; to successfully chasing up troublesome tenants. We are now moving to Airbnb our property and Madi and Simon have advised on furnishings and set-up. Happy to recommend.
