We bought and now lease through heart and sold. The purchase process was transparent, smooth and easy. From that experience, they are now our leasing agent. Communication is are great, asks are reasonable, everything works as it should. What i particularly like, when they need to engage trades for repairs and maintenance, they have a great network of trades that can get the repair done quickly and always at a competitive price. We have other rentals in a different state that I couldn't say the same for. When it works it works!

From the initial contact to current, we have found Heart and Sold reliable and flexible. We listed our property at a difficult time, just before Xmas and Simon went out of his way to find a perfect tenant timorously. Since then Sandy in the office has always provided prompt answers to questions and know our property is in safe hands.
